The Ascension of BEE

PROLOGUE

God said, “We will go down, for there is space there, and we will make an earth whereon these may dwell; and we will prove them herewith, to see if they will do all things whatsoever the Lord their God shall command them.” (Abraham 3:24-25)

I am Beverly Elaine Eckles and was born into the world through worthy parentage. I am of the seed of Joseph through the loins of Ephraim, and unto Ephraim and his descendants the Lord has given great promises of blessings and many opportunities of service.

Through the blessings of the Priesthood, I have had the privilege of joining hands with Robert Eugene Field, Sr. in the house of the Lord.

ASCENSION

In the eighth month of the year 1978 while talking with Robert for the second time, (having just been introduced to him, he in Tennessee and me in California) I was carried away in the spirit to a place high above the earth where I beheld the works of God’s hands and the majesty of the stars and galaxies. Mine eyes beheld these great things and I saw Robert as God saw him. Past, present and future were before me all at once.

Now I had not supposed that he was so great a spirit in the pre-existence, but he was one of the great and valiant ones. God showed me that Robert had agreed to all the circumstances and trials that he was to face in this life and that he would keep his second estate. I saw Robert in the life beyond the veil and his works were one with God.

CONCLUSIONS

God says, “There is no God beside me, and all things are present with me.” I know this is so because I have seen as God sees. All things were present to me in that moment of time and space in 1978.

After many years have passed away and my body grows old, I have come to realize that I have been chosen as a helpmeet to Robert. I, too, was valiant in the pre-existence. I, too, come trailing clouds of glory.

My great work and assignment here on earth is to support Robert and to prepare to create worlds without end, to participate in the great work of bringing about the salvation of our combined families and seeing that their work is done for them in the temple. This is the work of Ephraim and in obedience and will carry out God’s work and glory to bring about the eternal life of man.

Together Robert and I will become saviors upon Mount Zion and how beautiful will become our feet as we publish great tidings for our dead ancestors.

(I came upon this testimony written May 2009. Robert died 2012 and now I share this sacred experience with all who read my blog. I am now 82 years of age and look forward to continuing to do the Lord’s work he has asked of me. Writing Bev Psalms was His commandment to me in December 2025.)
