Remember O Remember that poem Bob wrote
for me…my
love is like a rose, he said.
Robust as it unfolds from a tightly closed bud
to a fully
open blossom, unafraid of facing
life’s sun
and rain.
Rejoicing in my love’s embrace, his kind and
loyal presence,
a refuge to my life’s storms,
his reasoning
my rock.
Resolved to reunite beyond the veil, I reflect
on that day
when across the altar in the
temple we
were sealed for eternity.
Reboot that dead computer by laying on his
hands in
Priesthood authority in Mexico’s
second bilingual
FamilySearch Center.
Restoring quality in our union from low ebbs
and doubts,
to saying, “What if we act as if?”
and love
blooms again.
Rebuilding, was his life’s mission, reading his
solace and
studying foreign languages his
passion.
Realizing his God asked him to
serve as a Mission
Leader, he’s qualified on
on both
sides of the veil.
Reconciled to Christ, continues to rise and
reign,
revealed in robes of splendor to unite
with me and
create worlds without end.
